Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, on Tuesday kicked off an official royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji.
The two-week tour coincides with the third Invictus Games, an international sporting competition for wounded veterans and members of the military created by Prince Harry in 2014.
The couple began the first day of their tour with an official welcome ceremony at Admiralty House in Sydney, where they were presented with Aussie baby gifts, after they announced on Monday that they were expecting their first child.
This visit marks the couple’s second official international trip since their marriage in May. Over the course of their itinerary, they’ll meet with locals and focus on youth leadership projects, as Prince Harry was recently named youth ambassador to the Commonwealth.
