It may be April Fool’s Day, but this is no joke — although there are some jokes involved.

CBS All Access has put the first episode of Jordan Peele‘s reboot of The Twilight Zone online for free, meaning non-subscribers a chance to see what all the fuss is about with this buzzy new take on Rod Serling‘s chilling classic series.

The episode is titled “The Comedian” and features Kumail Nanjiani as Samir Wassan, a nightclub comedian who struggles to keep his audience entertained until he learns a dark and twisted little trick.

“The Comedian” is the first of two initial episodes of the new Twilight Zone, which premiered Monday on CBS All Access. The second, “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet,” is an adaptation of the original series’ iconic “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet” — only this time, it’s Adam Scott‘s character who discovers something very ominous while on board his fateful flight.

The Twilight Zone‘s first two episodes are now streaming on CBS All Access. New episodes will launch each Thursday starting on April 11.
