Auto Finance News is honored to welcome Tricolor Auto Group Chief Executive Daniel Chu to the speaker faculty at the 19th annual Auto Finance Summit, which will take place at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Oct. 28-30. The full agenda can be accessed here.

Chu will give a presentation on Tuesday Oct. 29 at 11:30 a.m. outlining how to obtain and retain customer loyalty in the digital age. With an influx of new car buyers hitting the market, Chu’s session will map out how to appeal to a younger generation of borrowers and reveal how lenders can prepare for the mobility space. His presentation also will delve into the ways artificial intelligence can improve the car buying experience.

As founder and CEO of both Tricolor Auto and Ganas Auto Group, he’s at the helm of one of the nation’s largest used-vehicle retailers focusing on the sale and financing of vehicles to Hispanic consumers. The Dallas-based lender leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning throughout the company’s operations, from underwriting to call centers and reconditioning centers, which service the vehicles coming through Ganas dealerships.

Chu’s presentation will be followed by an in-depth fireside chat with U.S. Bank’s President of Dealer Services John Hyatt, a panel discussion on how lenders are leveraging fintechs to break out of traditional lending and a deep dive on the ever-changing landscape of fraud.
