Police identified the victim as Bing Nuan Chen.

It wasn’t known if children were on the bus at the time.

Witnesses say the bus driver was distraught — and was seen “screaming and crying” — after the incident as police escorted her from the scene.

It is unclear if speed played a role in the incident.

Chopper 4 showed a sprawling response at the scene. Yellow caution tape cordoned off the entire area around the bus as authorities investigated.
