large thick slices country bread
- In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey to dissolve. Add nectarine slices and toss to coat; let marinate 10 minutes. Add olive oil and black pepper and toss to coat.
- Grill or toast bread and spread with ricotta cheese, then spoon nectarines and juices on top.
