Mini chocolate chips, for decorating
- Line a baking sheet with a nonstick mat or parchment paper.
- Microwave white chocolate on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate onto the prepared sheet and use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate into “ghosts.”
- Carefully place 2 mini chocolate chip “eyes” and let cool completely.
