The Red God has got nothing on Elmo.

Sesame Workshop has released a new video featuring Sesame Street‘s cheerful red Muppet brokering a peace deal between Game of Thrones‘ eternally squabbling siblings, Cersei (Lena Headey) and Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage). The video kicks off with Cersei and Tyrion trading their usual barrage of barbs at the small council table.

“You can’t ignore me forever. I only want what’s best for Westeros,” Tyrion implores.

“And I only want for you to not get what you want,” his sister snarls in response.

“You see? This is why you don’t have any friends,” Tyrion retorts.

That’s when Elmo of House Sesame Street, with his Dorothy’s Fish Tank sigil, comes in to save the day. He suggests that they each try to listen to what the other has to say.

“Elmo thinks that you two need to respect each other. When Elmo has a problem with his friends like Abby or Cookie Monster, Elmo doesn’t get upset. Elmo listens and learns from what they have to say,” he says.

Tyrion agrees that if the two join forces instead of fighting, they can be that much stronger, and Cersei reluctantly promises to “try.”

“Oh, yay! Trying is a great way to start,” Elmo exclaims. The Lannisters each raise a goblet to toast him — which reminds us that, if nothing else, they’ve got a similar appreciation for a good vintage — and Elmo is delighted. “Oh, yummy! Elmo loves toast!”

The unexpected crossover is just one part a new series of original videos dedicated to championing the idea that “Respect Brings Us Together.” As if the real-life Lannisters aren’t epic enough, the series also includes a rap video from Common that features Cersei in Muppet form, attempting to introduce herself to her true soulmate, Oscar the Grouch. There’s also a riff on the most memorable scene from another HBO drama, Westworld.

In “Respect World,” Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) and Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) are back in that lab, discussing how hosts and humans can get along. Before Dolores can get to her speech about “violent delights [and] violent ends,” Cookie Monster shows up to take a break from his cookie-hunting expedition and encourage the two to put aside their differences.

“Respect is important for everybody. People, monsters, even you, robot lady,” he growls before breaking off a piece of his beloved cookie for “Bernie baby” and pressing him to then share it with the rancher’s daughter.

The best part might be the moment when the player piano starts churning out the Sesame Street theme song. Sunny days, indeed.

Game of Thrones‘ final season airs Sundays at 9/8c on HBO.
