If you thought you’d cried yourself out over Paul Walker‘s death, think again.
Walker’s sudden and tragic death in a car accident five years ago devastated his friends, family and fans, and the upcoming documentary I Am Paul Walker about his life looks like it will bring us to our knees all over again.
The first trailer of the documentary, which airs on Paramount Network in August, shows a mix of The Fast and the Furious franchise footage, home videos and interviews from Walker’s family and friends, and even this short, two-minute cut will put you in your feelings.
“That guy made the best of every single minute. He lived five lifetimes,” said the director of Walker’s Running Scared, Wayne Kramer.

Walker’s The Fast and the Furious co-star, Tyrese Gibson, goes so far as to say, “If you loved him the way we did, you would say, ‘Why him and not us?'”
I Am Paul Walker premieres August 11 at 9/8c on Paramount Network.
