We’re always on the lookout for quality horsepower. The kind that you know you can trust when upgrading the performance output of your factory Harley-Davidson motorcycle. It’s always a good idea to go with a company you trust and knows engine components well. The folks at S&S Cycle love raw unadulterated thumping. You know, the kind that makes your heart skip a beat. That’s S&S Cycle’s specialty. This obsession with power is further proven out by their latest efforts for the Milwaukee-Eight-powered Harley-Davidson models. Their bolt-in 129/132 cubic inch (that’s well over 2000cc for you metric folks) Big Bore Kits are just this side of monstrous.

  • Large displacement increase means substantial power increase
  • Works with stock crankcases
  • Original engine serial numbers are retained
  • Powder coat finish matches factory finish, giving the bike a “sleeper” advantage
  • MLS (multi-layered steel) head gaskets
  • Retains stock engine height
  • Includes Cam Cover Badge

Taking the stock engine from a mild mannered 107ci to a fire breathing 129ci or the 114ci models to 132 cubic inches of tire melting power. The latest S&S Cycle Big Bore kit is a 4.32” bore and is slated for 11:1 compression ratio so it’s happy with pump gas, but will still complement a high lift cam. No case mods, no engine removal; just a massive set of jugs, designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA.  For more info and detailed specs, check out: https://www.sscycle.com/feature/performance-kits/129-132-cylinder-piston-kits
