Last week, TV Guide put up a poll asking fans who they would like to see hand out roses on The Bachelor next season. The options were Blake Horstmann, who’s part of Becca Kufrin‘s final two; Jason Tartick, the bronze medalist; Wills Reid, the fourth-place finisher; Peter Kraus, last season’s runner-up; Ben Higgins, who might be good for another season; and “Grocery Joe” Abile, a fan favorite.
And the result is not even close: a full 50 percent of voters want Jason. No one else got more than 15 percent.
I don’t know, Jason. Seems pretty easy to us.
Blake and Joe tied for second with 15 percent of the vote. Peter got 9 percent, Wills got 8, and poor Ben got just 5 percent.
I guess this means ABC has its work cut out for it: Good Guy Jason should be the next Bachelor. Maybe then a stylist will advise him to never slick his hair back like Pat Riley again.
The Bachelorette‘s Season 14 finale airs Monday, Aug. 6 at 8/7c on ABC.
