- In a small bowl, toss jalapeños with lime juice and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Let stand while you make the Ground Beef Taco Filling.

- Heat oil in large skillet on medium. Add onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add beef, spices and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up beef, until browned, 6 minutes. Add tomato sauce; simmer until slightly thickened, 4 to 5 minutes.
- For each serving, top an open bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos with ¼ cup Ground Beef Taco Filling, some Pickled Jalapeños, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, and diced avocado.
