When Brooklyn Nine-Nine moved from Fox to NBC earlier this year, the Peacock initially only ordered a short run of 13 episodes. But they must have decided that if they’re gonna bring it back, they might as well go all in, and have added five episodes to the Season 6 order, Deadline reports. That’s 18 episodes, in case you have Jake Peralta-level math skills. To this news we say:

Fox canceled the Andy Samberg-led cop comedy in May, and NBC quickly picked it up. The show is produced by NBC corporate sibling Universal Television and executive-produced by NBC comedy MVP Michael Schur, so the network is a natural home for the show. NBC has two other Schur produced comedies in its line up, The Good Place which is headed into its third season and the freshman series Abby’s.

In addition to Samberg, Brooklyn Nine-Nine stars Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Beatriz, Terry Crews, Joe Lo Truglio, Chelsea Peretti and Andre Braugher.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6 will premiere at midseason. Previous seasons are available to stream on Hulu.
