2 tbsp.
maple syrup

rice vinegar

small pineapple, cut into chunks

sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks

red chiles, each cut into 6 pieces)

roasted salted cashews, roughly chopped

cilantro, chopped

lime juice
- Cook rice. Heat grill on medium-high. In bowl, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, and rice vinegar.
- Thread pineapple chunks onto skewers. Thread sirloin steak chunks and red chiles onto skewers; brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, 4 minutes. Brush with sauce and grill until pineapple is lightly charred, 2 minutes, and steak reaches desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes for medium- rare. Transfer to plates.
- Fluff rice. Fold in chopped cashews, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Serve with kebabs.
