seedless watermelon (flesh only)
1 tsp.
large seedless cucumber, peeled
1 tbsp.
extra virgin olive oil

Flaky sea salt, cracked pepper, and fresh mint, for serving
- Cut beefsteak tomatoes, watermelon, cucumber, and feta into large cubes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and arrange all on a platter.
- Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with flaky salt, cracked pepper, and mint.
