Get ready for the ultimate Super Bowl appetizer or any-time-comfort food: Cheesy, creamy pepperoni pizza dip is the perfect recipe for a small get-together or a cozy night in. Layered with cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella, there is absolutely no shortage of gooey goodness for you to dip into. To really bring on the pizza flavor, we added fresh garlic, oregano, marinara sauce and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Topped with mini pepperoni slices, this fast and easy party dip features everything you love about a classic pie in snackable form.

Wondering what to serve with it? Choose your favorite carb! We love baguette slices, but any sturdy bread or breadstick will do. Try a toasted, quartered bagel (or even bagel chips!) for a delicious twist on a pizza bagel. If you’d like something a little saltier, go for pita chips or pretzels. Really, a spoon is all you need.

This recipe will be a guaranteed hit among your family, and you’ll love it too because it’s so easy to make. Just combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano and crushed pepper in a bowl, then stir in the mozzarella and some of the Parmesan cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with your favorite pizza sauce, then sprinkle with more (!) mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Finally, arrange the pepperoni slices on top and bake until the top is bubbling and melty.  Warm up plenty of baguette slices for dunking, and dive in!

Dip Tip: Want to give each person their own? Divide mixture in step 2 among eight 4-oz ramekins, then place on a rimmed baking sheet for easier handling. Bake until bubbling, 12 to 15 min.

If you can’t find mini pepperoni at your market, top the dip with slices of a pepperoni stick. We like Vermont Smoke & Cure Smoked Uncured Pepperoni Pork Sticks.
