Store-bought waffle cookies make this pretty pink treat easy to make. Use freeze-dried strawberries to naturally tint the frosting!

heavy cream, at room temperature
tsp.
pure vanilla extract
c.
freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed

- In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar 2 minutes. Add cream, vanilla, and salt and continue beating 1 minute. Fold in crushed strawberries. Sandwich between waffle cookies.
