In the spirt of Valentines Day, CARFAX is starting the week by “showing its love” for its dealer partners and recognizing its third annual CARFAX Top-Rated Dealers, a program that spotlights stores with best customer reviews.
The average ratings score for these stores is 4.6 out of 5.
“CARFAX has nearly 3.3 million verified customer ratings and reviews,” CARFAX vice president of dealer business Gregg Cleary said in a news release.
“This isn’t an ‘everyone gets a trophy situation;’ we are recognizing truly the best of the best when it comes to remarkable service and customer care,” Cleary said. “These dealers are top-rated based solely on verified reviews from their actual customers.”
One of those dealers is Gary Hu and the Aloha Group. In the news release, he added: “We can definitely feel the love. This is our third year receiving CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer. It’s an unparalleled recognition because it carries the weight of the trusted CARFAX brand and it comes from direct customer feedback.
“We know our team works hard to provide truly exceptional customer service, so this honor helps differentiate us from our competitors,” Hu said.
Top-Rated Dealers will be able to access digital assets that let them highlight their recognition digitally as well as on CARFAX Vehicle History Reports.
The company also announced Monday that it will be launching “The CARFAX 100” at NADA Show next month in a new wrinkle to the program. These dealers have more than 100 reviews and a review score of at least 4.9.
