Crusty bread, for serving
- Heat grill to medium. Tear off 12-in. square of foil. Place feta in center of foil.
- Top with chile, thyme and lemon. Drizzle honey over feta, then oil. Wrap foil around feta and crimp to seal and grill, covered, until feta is warm, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
