Hulu might not be churning out content at the same rate as Netflix, but it’s working on some new projects.

First up is Abigail Spencer‘s new series Reprisal, which is described as “a hyper-kinetic revenge tale” about a “relentless femme fatale” (Spencer) who is out for vengeance after being left for dead. Um, yes, please? The series, which will debut later this year and was created and written by Josh Corbin and executive produced by Warren Littlefield (The Handmaid’s Tale), also stars Rodrigo Santoro, Mena Massoud, Madison Davenport, Rhys Wakefield, David Dastmalchian, W. Earl Brown and Gilbert Owuor.

Hulu has also handed out a series order to The Great, a new series from Tony McNamara (The Favourite). Hulu describes it as a “genre bending, anti-historical ride through 18th Century Russia following the wildly comic rise of Catherine the Nothing to Catherine the Great.” Honestly, we have no idea what this series is going to look like, but it will star Elle Fanning as Catherine. The cast will be rounded out by Nicholas Hoult, Phoebe Fox, Adam Godley, Gwilym Lee, Charity Wakefield, Douglas Hodge and Sacha Dhawan. Look for it to hit the streaming service in 2020.

Additionally, Hulu has announced a new partnership with Marvel Television that will produce four new adult-oriented animated series. The first series is Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., which follows an egomaniacal supervillain with a huge head and a tiny body. What more do you need to know? Meanwhile, Marvel’s Hit-Monkey sounds so crazy that we’re just going to let the logline explain it: the series follows “a wronged Japanese snow monkey, mentored by the ghost of an American assassin, as he cuts a wide swath through the Tokyo underworld in this darkly cinematic and brutally funny revenge saga.”

Next up is Marvel’s Tigra & Dazzler Show, a series that follows two woke superheroes and BFFs, obviously the aforementioned Tigra and Dazzler, as they fight for recognition among powered people. And you’ll be happy to know that Marvel finally found a way to tackle Howard the Duck. The show is called Marvel’s Howard the Duck, which seems obvious but also like a good title.

Of course, this wouldn’t be Marvel if there weren’t some larger plan in place, and all four of the new series will culminate with Marvel’s The Offenders, a special that will find all of the aforementioned characters teaming up in order to save the world. Naturally.
