London’s junior AIM market on Thursday suspended trading in shares of U.K. advertising group M&C Saatchi PLC and five other companies after they failed to publish their 2019 annual results on time. In addition to shares in M&C Saatchi, shares in minerals-processing company Tri-Star Resources PLC, wind-turbine-equipment company Windar Photonics PLC, leisure and real-estate investor Clear Leisure PLC, learning and skills-development company Malvern International PLC and industrial oil re-refining group HydroDec Group PLC have all been suspended pending publication of their respective annual accounts, according to regulatory filings.
