One Day At A Time: Melissa Fumero and Stephanie Beatriz to Guest Star in Season 3 – Today’s News: Our Take

Brooklyn Nine-Nine and One Day at a Time are about to have the coolest crossover EVER!

Okay, okay… it’s not technically a crossover, but we will get to see some familiar Brooklyn Nine-Nine faces appear on One Day at a Time next year. Melissa Fumero and Stephanie Beatriz announced via Twitter this morning that they’d both be guest starring in Season 3!

“Guess who’s coming to hang with the Alvarez family!?!! @iamstephbeatz & I are guest starring on @OneDayAtATime Season 3!!!!!!!” Fumero wrote. She even posted a cute boomerang video of herself and Beatriz in the Alvarez house!

Beatriz retweeted the video adding, “CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW EXCITED WE ARE! @everythingloria thank you for welcoming us. We’re having so much fun this week on the @OneDayAtATime set!”

Executive producer Gloria Kellett confirmed the news on Instagram, posting a photo with Fumero and Beatriz with the caption, “That’s right! The @brooklyn99fox ladies are in the casa!! Over the moon to welcome @iamstephbeatz & @melissafumero to the Alvarez familia!! It’s gonna be an epic episode!!”

One Day at a Time will return in 2019.
