Qutoutiao prices IPO at $7 per ADS, raising $84 million
Qutoutiao Inc. priced its initial public offering at $7 per American Depositary Share, selling 12 million shares to raise about $84 million. The Chinese mobile content aggregator’s shares will start trading Friday on Nasdaq, under the ticker symbol “QTT.” Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, China Merchants Securities (HK), and UBS are joint bookrunners on the deal with KeyBanc acting as co-manager.
