A man suspected of robbing a Fort Collins bank on Monday was arrested in Las Vegas on Wednesday.
Matthew Dyllon Richards, 29, is suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank, 401 S. College Ave., according to police. The bank robber, who did not show a weapon, demanded money from a teller and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
A warrant was issued Wednesday for Richards, and he was arrested that night in Las Vegas in an unrelated incident. Nevada authorities notified Fort Collins police that he was in custody.
Richards faces charges of aggravated robbery, menacing and theft in the bank robbery.
