This weekend’s streaming picks are all about honest communication — or rather what happens when there isn’t any. From a docuseries about couples going through relationship therapy to a drama about an undercover spy to an elite prep school filled with sinister secrets, these bingeworthy shows will have you at the edge of your seat.

These recommendations courtesy of TV Guide are here to help you through your weekend binge. And if you’re looking for even more suggestions, head over to TV Guide’s Watch This Now! page, which has hand-picked recommendations for all the best shows you can start watching immediately.

1. Couples Therapy

Showtime’s brand new docuseries Couples Therapy takes you on a whirlwind journey as four couples start relationship therapy to solve problems in their partnership that threaten to tear them apart. Dr. Orna Guralnik guides the four couples — who span various genders and races — over the course of four months through a process that’s as insightful as it is voyeuristic. The show is less about romance than it is about being honest with yourself, and over the course of the season, you’ll start to wonder what you’re hiding from yourself as well. All nine episodes can be streamed on demand right now.

2. The Spy

Sasha Baron Cohen is almost unrecognizable in The Spy, Netflix’s new drama about an undercover Mossad agent deep undercover in Syria in the early 1960s. Based on the true story of Israeli spy Eli Cohen — who was rejected from Mossad twice before being given a dangerous mission — The Spy is a tense thriller, despite how easy Google makes it to find out how the story ends. The limited series is a must-binge for any Homeland fan, as it’s written and directed by Gideon Raff, whose Israeli series was the basis for the Showtime thriller.

3. Elite

Elite, the Spanish language drama about the wealthy teens who attend a highly prestigious prep school, took the internet by storm when it debuted last year on Netflix. Soapy, sexy, and a highly seductive takedown of the 1% and their children, Elite takes a look at an institution built to raise the most powerful people in Spain and how far they have to fall. Season 2 will pick up with the fallout of Marina’s death, and only time will tell how many elites will go down for it in the end.
