The Blacklist Season 5 Episode 20: Red Reddington and the Bag of Bones – Today’s News: Our Take

Last week’s The Blacklist featured Red (James Spader) dodging another bullet (figuratively) while his number-one nemesis Ian Garvey (Jonny Coyne) was unable to dodge a bullet (literally). With the death of Garvey, Red’s biggest secret — the identity of the bones in that bag — died with him, which is exactly what Red wanted.

But Red didn’t get everything, namely the bag itself. It’s still out there somewhere, and it’s a time bomb with a secret that could threaten Red’s very existence and certainly his relationship with his daughter Liz (Megan Boone).

Red will go on the hunt for the bag once again, and one of his stops will take him to his other daughter, the recently revealed Jennifer Reddington. But he isn’t going to catch up, he just wants info on that bag. In the clip above, you’ll see the awkward reunion between father and daughter.

We should find out about those bones soon, though. There are just three episodes of The Blacklist left!
