TrueCar adds Match Group executive to board of directors

TrueCar has added a new director to its board, announcing the election of Match Group chief strategy officer Faye Iosotaluno on Thursday.

Iosotaluno has held that role at Match since February 2020, previously serving as senior vice president for new business initiatives.

Her background also includes time with SoundCloud where she was vice president for strategy and business development.

In her role on the TrueCar board, Iosotaluno will serve on the audit committee.

“We are excited for Faye to join TrueCar’s board of directors and look forward to her insights and contributions,” TrueCar president and chief executive officer Mike Darrow said.

“With her depth of expertise across digital platforms, and specifically technology and media companies, she will be a tremendous asset to our existing board as TrueCar continues to work toward delivering a modern, two-sided marketplace that brings the car buying experience online,” Darrow said.
