A mid-day thunderstorm sent water pouring into some subway stations and forced drivers to navigate flooded streets on Tuesday. Videos and photos taken by commuters and bystanders captured some of the flooding, including water cascading down onto a train in Penn Station. More rain is expected to hit the tri-state as the remnants of Hurricane Florence move through the area.
