Two beloved animated comedies are heading to HBO Max next year.

Previewing the new streaming service on Tuesday, HBO Max’s head of content, Kevin Reilly, announced that, beginning in June 2020, every episode of South Park will live on the new streaming service. It will also stream episodes of the next three seasons of the long-running show 24 hours after they air on Comedy Central, which has been South Park‘s home for the previous 23 seasons.

Everything We Know About HBO Max, WarnerMedia’s New Streaming Service

The most-watched show on Hulu, South Park initiated a bit of a battle for the streaming rights, with CBS and Hulu vying to host the series on their platforms. HBO Max will share domestic streaming rights with Viacom, but in adding South Park to its packed slate, HBO Max shores up its collection of already-beloved shows, and proves it’s determined to appeal to a cross-section of viewers across age ranges.

Also helping in that area is the addition of the popular series Rick and Morty. The three seasons that have aired already will be available when HBO Max launches, while future seasons, including the fourth season set to debut on Nov. 10, will continue to premiere on Adult Swim before making their way to the service.

HBO Max will launch in May 2020. Find out more about the new service here.
