Details on Saturday Night Live Season 45 are finally here.
NBC has announced the first five hosts for the new season of the long-lived sketch comedy series, and while there are some stars who’ve graced the stage before, there are also a few newcomers joining the fold this year.
SNL will premiere on Saturday, Sept. 28, with Woody Harrelson making his fourth appearance at Studio 8H as host, to promote the upcoming release of Zombieland: Double Tap. Though Harrelson is a seasoned SNL pro, the premiere will also mark Billie Eilish’s SNL debut as the night’s musical guest.
Also new on the SNL scene is Fleabag creator and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who hosts on Saturday, Oct. 5 alongside Taylor Swift, who marks her fourth turn as musical guest and will perform songs from her newest album Lover.
Ever since I saw Fleabag, I’ve been all ‘I can’t wait to see this woman host @nbcsnl‘ and it’s happening now + I get to be there too = I am in shambles. 😭🙏 Oct 5th 🥳🎉 pic.twitter.com/VcZeuXWKuc

The following week, on Oct. 12, Stranger Things star David Harbour will host for the first time, with the night’s musical guest being pop star Camila Cabello. Then, on Nov. 2, Kristen Stewart will host for a second time (hopefully, sans any more accidental F-bombs), and on Dec. 21, former SNL regular Eddie Murphy will return to the stage as host for the first time in 35 years.
Saturday Night Live returns to NBC for Season 45 on Saturday, Sept. 28.
